Max and Massa did great at the Submission Hunt with Max taking 2nd in No-Gi and 3rd in Gi! Massa (michael Nelson) took 3rd in Gi!

Bruce wins Superfight
Bruce Hoyer defeated George Andersch, a Black Belt under Amal Easton from Fargo BJJ at the Fargo Open. It was a great match with Bruce winning by submission at 2:11 by Triangle/Kimura.
Next Edge Academy places at the Fargo Open
Even though we only managed to bring five competitors, Next Edge Academy placed third at the Fargo Open. The individual results are as follows.

Bruce closes out the Brown Belt Absolute
Bruce Hoyer, Don Paulson and Derek Klemm competed at the IBJJF Chicago Open. Bruce took second in his division and close out the bracket with a teammate for the open. Don and derek both had great matches but ultimately lost on points.
