Recently Bruce Hoyer traveled down to Davenport, IA to the Sasquatch Open. He was brought down to compete in the 8 Man Pro Division and won the tournament, but had to put in a lot of work, with his first match lasting over 30 minutes and his second lasting over 20 minutes! In the finals he faced John Gutta of Iowa BJJ and won by Anaconda Choke. This was the second time he won this pro event!
